Account & Admin Executive Wanted (RM3.5k - negotiable)

Job Function:
- Handling of Full Set Account – PL, BS, TB, Management Account
- Perform monthly & yearly closing of accounts
- Liaising with banker/auditor/tax agent/Company Secretary, Authority
- Handling payroll & statutory payment
- Handling of Online Banking System
- Visiting banks, LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, etc if needed
- Coordinate with colleagues from other departments
- Carrying out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management as and when required.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, LCCI/ACCA, or equivalent
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field 
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Required skill(s): MS Offices, Outlook, SQL accounting System
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & BM
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical, dynamic, and resourceful
- Full-Time position (5 working days)
- Work from home but need to travel to office when needed

Job Description:

• Compile illustrations, photos, pictures, videos for marketing purposes.
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs.
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
• Design layouts, including a selection of colors, images, and typefaces.
• Designing works involve posters, banners, and social media (Facebook & Instagram) posting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or managers into final designs.
• Review designs for error before posting or publishing.
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish product deliverables.
• Perform all tasks and activities as required with a positive and professional attitude.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Have great time management
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Requires skills: photo editing, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and monitoring on all online sales cases.
• Process online orders & perform pick & pack orders to ensure that they are delivered efficiently & effectively with an on-time schedule.
• Coordinate with other sections or departments as necessary to support the smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective.
• Station at the grocery store to purchase the grocery for online order
• To track and update necessary databases in order to ensure the efficient function of the department
• To assist Technical & Operation and manage overall business performance and planning
• Assist and resolve customers order issues or inquiries such as requests for an exchange, return, refund, and product damage/ defect claims
• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
• Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
• Monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
• Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans.
• Monitoring performance metrics - eg: Customer Satisfaction, Cost Of Operations, Maintenance Cost / Area Maintained
• To perform any other related duties when required.
