Air Selangor has just posted an announcement regarding an unscheduled water cut. 

"Air Selangor would like to inform of a pipe burst incident in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam as a result of road development works by a third party near the Federal Highway on 25 January 2022. Following this, Air Selangor will be implementing emergency repair works on the pipe at 3:00 pm today, 26 January 2022."

"As such, the repair works will cause an unscheduled water supply disruption in 142 areas in the Petaling Region and Klang Region."

The repair works are expected to be completed at 3:00 am, 27 January 2022 and the water supply will be distributed to the consumers' premises in stages once the repair works are completed. The duration of water supply recovery differs from one area to another depending on the location and distance of the consumer's premises.
Alternative assistance through water tankers will be mobilised to the affected areas, with priority given to critical premises during the unscheduled water supply disruption."

"Air Selangor is seeking the consumers' cooperation to practise social distancing and wear face masks while collecting the water supply from the water tankers. 
Consumers can refer to all our official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300. Inquiries and complaints can also be submitted to the Help Centre via www.airselangor.com and the Air Selangor application."
