A former part-time employee of Viki Crystal, located in B-G-088 at GM Klang Wholesale City, has tested positive for COVID-19. 

According to the official press release from GM Klang Wholesale City, the former employee had resigned from Viki Crystal and last worked at GM Klang on 24 November 2020. The GM Management Office however was informed on her condition earlier this afternoon by the Klang District Health Office.

The shop involved has been closed immediately and all close contacts have been instructed to quarantine at home, whilst awaiting a swab test. The Management Office has also commenced deep cleaning and is thoroughly disinfecting the entire ground floor of Block B. 

GM Klang Wholesale City will be operating as usual except for the affected shop unit that will remain closed for now.
