What is ‘bulky waste’?
Bulky waste are waste types that are too large to be accepted by the regular waste collection, such as old furniture, old computer supplies and etc. As it is normally not received by regular waste collection, Malaysians would result in illegal dumping instead as they do not know how to deal with these bulk waste.
Worry not, BaSangLang has good news!
MPK now provides a service to remove bulk waste free of charge for Klang Folk!
Called "Klang PROUD" (Prevent and Report on Unlawful Dumping), it is a campaign to curb illegal dumping through free collection of bulk waste twice a week.
