Have you ever heard of a ‘Poke’ bowl? Poke is a Hawaiian dish with diced raw fish served either as an appetizer or a main course. Today, we’re introducing Lei Poke Bowl, Klang’s very first poke bowl restaurant.

Lei Poke Bowl just recently opened its doors to the public, offering their signature bowls priced from as low as RM13.90. With a local twist to the traditional Hawaiian dish, their poke bowls features a wide array of different types of meat – from sous vide lemongrass chicken breast to unagi, and even fresh raw tuna sashimi. If you’re Muslim, rest assured as their menu is Muslim-friendly with no pork and no lard.

Each bowl comes with a serving of brown or white rice, along with plenty of vegetables and seaweed. Freshly prepared every single day, Lei Poke Bowl prides themselves with providing balanced, nutritious and delicious meals for their customers.

Our team was pleasantly surprised at the variety that they offered; we already had nine choices to choose from for the sauce alone. The sauce menu includes teriyaki sauce, monster mayo, tomyum mayo, sesame dressing, XO sauce, cocktail sauce, lemon dressing, thaithai sauce and pesto sauce.

Customers can also choose to build their own poke bowls and customize their meal according to their own liking. Simply choose your preferred meat and rice as the main base, and add up to four vegetable sides and two sauces. To complete your poke bowl, you’re also allowed to choose unlimited toppings such as fried shallot, ebiko, almond, chia seeds and many more!

Apart from the delicious food, Lei Poke Bowl also has a simplistic, Instagrammable aesthetic to their restaurant. You’ll be able to take gorgeous check-in photos while you enjoy your food.

Customers may opt for dine-in, takeaway or delivery. Surcharges may apply when it comes to take away but they waive these fees if you bring your own container. All meals from Lei Poke Bowl are recommended to be consumed with 90 minutes to ensure freshness.
